We’re excited to announce that you can now place an order for pickup at White Cloud’s new distribution center near Tampa, Florida! This means you can order your favorite White Cloud products online once again and expect flexible pickup times, no pickup fees and no repeat delivery attempts to collect the adult signature required!

How to Order White Cloud for Pickup Near Tampa, FL

The order-for-pickup process is super easy – here’s how it works:

  1. First, you’ll need to create a new account on our shiny new website – and don’t worry, it takes less than a minute! Simply follow this link and click on the “Register” tab:
  2. Then enter your email address and password as pictured below:
  3. Next, you’ll need to confirm you’re not a robot – tell that to the boss, amiright? 😜
  4. Then, shop and add your favorite products to your cart like you normally would:
  5. When ready for checkout, click on your cart and check the box to accept the privacy policy and age declaration as shown in the example below:
  6. Then click “Checkout” and select the “Pickup” option on the next page, as pictured below:
  7. Continue on to enter your payment information, then click “Pay Now” and you’re all set!

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a notification email when your order is ready for pickup. Most orders are ready within 3 weeks and available pickup times will be included in your notification email. When the time comes to pick up your order, please be sure to have your order pickup confirmation email handy, along with your government-issued I.D. to provide proof of age. Please also note that we’re still working on adding more retail distributors and pickup locations, so be sure to keep an eye on your email for more updates in the near future!
