Do I need to sign up to start earning points?


There is no need to sign up for the Rewards Program: all White Cloud customers are automatically enrolled with an active White Cloud account and are eligible to earn/spend points, granted they have provided a valid email address.


Why do I have to provide a valid email address to be enrolled in White Cloud Rewards?


A valid email address is required for the system to keep track of the points you have earned/spent. Plus, you will receive special email notifications about the points you have earned, as well as notifications regarding special rewards offers and opportunities for bonus points.


How do I earn points?


There are currently two ways to earn White Cloud Reward Points, with more opportunities to come in the near future. Currently, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all purchases, and you can earn even more points for referring your friends to White Cloud. Check out how to refer your friends here.


Will there be any opportunities to earn bonus points?


White Cloud may offer bonus Reward Points from time to time at its sole discretion, which shall be offered pursuant to the terms specified by the company at that time.


I have been a customer for years, why do I need to start earning points from scratch?


White Clouds Rewards Program points do not apply to orders placed prior to October 19th 2016. However, you will begin earning points on all orders placed after that day. Your point will be valid for one calendar year after the purchase is complete.


When can I use my points?


You may use your Reward Points for any purchase at any time, unless otherwise specified during special promotions, Please see the White Cloud Rewards Section in our Terms & Conditions for more information.


Are there any blackout dates for using points?


There are no blackout dates set at this time; however, we do reserve the right to make changes, suspend, or cancel the White Cloud Rewards Program at any given time without advanced notice. If the Rewards Program is cancelled, we will not be liable for any unused points accumulated at the time. Please see the White Cloud Rewards Section in our Terms & Conditions for more information.


How do I use my points?


You may apply your points to a purchase by using the points slider upon viewing your shopping cart. The points slider will show your discount and points spent/earned on each order in real time. See our step-by-step video tutorial on how to redeem your points.


Can I use my points in combination with a coupon or gift card code?


Spending Reward Points and applying a discount or gift card code on the same purchase is not permitted at this time and may result in lost points.


Can I use more than 100 points per order for a higher discount?


Yes, you may use your points in increments of 25. For every 100 points spent, you will receive a $3 discount; for every 200 points spent, you will receive a $6 discount, and so on, for a maximum of 1000 points redeemed per order for a discount of $30.


Can I transfer or combine my points earned through two different accounts?


Reward Points accumulated on different accounts by the same user may not be transferred, combined or aggregated at this time.


I bought a 5 pack for $15.95. Why did I get 15 points instead of 16?


The amount of points you receive is set for every $1 spent; therefore, points will be rounded down, unless a full $1 is spent.


I used the “Maximize My Discount” feature but I think I lost some points. Why?


When using the “Maximize Discount” feature, points will be rounded up to the nearest increment of 25; therefore, it is possible to lose out on some points for a maximum discount.


If I cancel an order or return an order for a refund, will I keep the points I earned on that order?


Reward Points earned on a Qualified Purchase that correspond to a cancellation, return for refund, or other credit, or associated with a returned failed payment due to insufficient funds, will be deducted from the customer’s account in an amount equal to the Reward Points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points (if any).


Can I trade in my points for cash value?


Reward Points may be redeemed towards the purchase of products only and cannot be used to redeem cash value or for payment of any taxes and/or shipping/handling charges.


Will my points expire?


All Reward Points accumulated will expire if you do not make a points redemption within any one (1) calendar year period. Reward Points expire ninety (90) days after issuance for inactive accounts. An account shall remain in the “active” status as long as a purchase is made on the website at least once in a 90 day period.


I have multiple users ordering from my account. Who is entitled to use my Reward Points?


In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail or White Cloud account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Rewards Program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Also please note that customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and for restricting access to their computer or mobile device. Customers are solely responsible for all activities that occur when someone logs into the company website using the customer’s username and password. Without limiting any other remedies, the company may suspend or terminate the Rewards Program account if the company suspects that any customer or other person has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Rewards Program.
