We are confident you will be thrilled with your White Cloud purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase on our products. (We apologize, but shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Please Note: Due to stringent health standards, we cannot refund or replace any open cartridges, cartridge packs or Fling disposable products. View below for further information on defective cartridges and other disposable items. Unopened/sealed White Cloud cartridges (5-packs and 50-packs), and unopened Fling disposable products may be sent in for exchange or refund.
A copy of the original receipt must be provided for all returns/exchanges. This 30-day guarantee does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
Modification, alteration, repair or service of the battery by any persons or company other than White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes Abuse to, or misuse of the battery in a manner inconsistent with the operation indicated in the instructions Use of the battery with components other than that for which it was intended (including, but not limited to, non-White Cloud-branded chargers and accessories)
All electronic cigarette batteries, chargers and adapters are covered for six months under a limited manufacturer's warranty; those six months start on the day that you purchase the product in question.
Cartridges and other disposable parts, however, are not covered by this warranty. If you've neglected, modified, misused or altered the product that you would like to exchange, then the warranty does not apply.
You must have a copy of the your original receipt when returning any items. Covered batteries, chargers and adapters must be returned to receive a replacement. Please see our Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Claims section below for instructions on how to submit your warranty claim.
2-Year Extended Warranties
If you'd like a warranty that will cover your purchases for longer than six months, please consider our two-year extended warranty, which is available for $29.95. This extended warranty is very similar to the manufacturer's warranty; in the event that your batteries, chargers and adapters stop working, or are subject to accidental damage, we'll exchange or replace them for no additional cost.
This warranty will cover your batteries, chargers and adapters for up to two years from the original purchase date; it does not cover cartridges or any of our disposable e-cigarettes.
The same rules that apply to our manufacturer's warranty apply to the extended warranty as well; if you have modified or used the electronic cigarette in a way in which it was not intended to be used, the warranty will not cover the e-cigarette.
The warranty also does not cover your e-cigarette if you lose the e-cigarette or any of its parts.
Cartridges & Flings Guarantee
Although cartridges and Flings are not covered by either warranty, we acknowledge that occasionally, cartridges and Flings may be defective. If you suspect that your cartridge or Fling is defective due to no fault of your own you will need to return the item(s) in question for testing.
If we determine that the item or items are defective, we'll send you replacements at no cost. You must send us the cartridge or Fling for this to occur; we can't do anything without proper testing of the product in question.

Be sure to apply your RMA # to the outside of the package and include the proper completed form.
Additionally, we suggest obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance since White Cloud cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by shipping/mail carriers during transit. Customer is responsible for the cost to mail items to White Cloud.
Exchange items are shipped at no charge via USPS First Class mail only, or they may be exchanged for an online gift voucher (store credit) sent by email.
