Barely passable Review by James
Quality My wife has been using these now since July 2018. She uses 2 at a time, with one charging while she uses the other. Since then until now, we have bought four; two are completely dead, the third is just about worn out, and a new one we just bought.
They are very cheaply made, considering the price, and just barely last until their warranty period runs out. In the same time period I am using a vape mod I bought in August 2018 for $15 more than 1 FOB, and the battery shows no signs at all of wearing out.
All things considered, The FOB is not a very good deal. But there is nothing else like it if you want to use White Cloud carts. (Posted on 10/23/2019) -
Love FOB! Review by Rosa
Quality I’ve been using the FOBs since they were first introduced. Charges fast and last a long time. I can’t see myself going back to the regular chargers, but they were excellent, too. The FOB works so much better for me.

Very Good but could be improved Review by Melany
Quality This battery works well and certainly holds a longer charge. Only 3 stars because this will work with only the smallest size refillable tank. They should have made it to work with the larger tanks. This item will not work with the larger size refillable cartridges. (Posted on 8/28/2019)

Quality It's a very cheaply made product, and it shows in ways. The button is cheap. The mini tanks are cheap. The charge port connection is cheap. Everything about this screams "cheap", but it JUST WORKS, mostly. Until it decides not to, which could be at any time. I love the product though, but I'm REALLY hoping they come out with something more high quality and stylishly relevant, because they are getting left in the dust by their competitors in both regards. Quality I gave a review of 1 star. That has changed to 5 solid stars tbanks to John C.!!! i sent 3 defective FOB batteries plus 2 ive has for a while in hopes of helping R&D improve the product. John C. went to the trouble of sending me two new FOB's to replace the extra ones I sent!!! Amazing company that stands behind their products. White cloud is the only brand I have used and if they keep up the fantastic customer service, i'll be with them for a long time!!!! Thank you John C. Rechargeable e-cigarette batteries, chargers and adapters are covered under limited warranty for 6 months from date of purchase. Cartridges and Fling disposables are covered by a separate no-defect guarantee. If your cartridge or Fling is defective, return the item(s) for testing with a copy of your receipt. If deemed defective, we'll replace it at no cost.
