Use of Product

You must be of required age as designated by law to purchase or use products sold on this site. All transactions will be passed through an age verification process utilizing Lexis Nexis Instant Age Verify.

If you have are a non-smoker, have any health conditions, an allergy or sensitivity to nicotine or any combination of inhalants, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor before using any White Cloud products containing nicotine. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience symptoms of nicotine misuse such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, weakness or rapid heartbeat. This product is not marketed for use as a smoking cessation product and is not intended for use by non-smokers.

WARNING: White Cloud Cigarettes products with nicotine contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to our product and to your satisfaction. Please carefully review our returns and exchange policy.

Warranty

Our rechargeable products are covered by a 6 month limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers the original purchaser 6 months from the original date of purchase. A warranty exchange form should be included at the time of warranty exchange.  Please download the Warranty Claim Form.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover:

  • Cartridges or other disposable items.
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, modification, alteration, or any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.


An additional Assured 2 Year Warranty may also be purchased to extend the manufacturer's warranty period an additional 18 months.

Please note that on rare occasions a cartridge and Flings may be defective. If you believe you have a defective cartridge or Fling, please return it to our warranty department for testing. Any item that is found to be defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Please note that defective items must be returned to our warranty department for inspection.  Please download the Cartridge and Fling Claim Form here.

Replacements will not be given If you do not return malfunctioning cartridges.
Cartridges and Flings cannot be returned for testing or replacement at any retail locations, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products purchased from www.whitecloudelectroniccigarettes.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase (shipping is not refundable). A copy of original receipt must be provided at time of return. Opened cartridges and disposable products cannot be returned for a refund. Please see our Defect Guarantee below for further information on defective cartridges and other disposable items.

Unopened, sealed cartridges (5 packs and 50 packs) and unopened Fling disposable products may be sent in for exchange.

White Cloud products purchased from a different retailer must be returned to that retailer. To return or exchange items, please securely package items with a copy of the original receipt and send to:

Defect Guarantee for Cartridges and other Disposable Products

Please note that on rare occasions a cartridge or Fling may be defective. If you have a defective White Cloud cartridge or Fling disposable e cigarette please return the item(s) with a copy of the original receipt and the Cartridge/Fling Claim Form. Once received, the products will be tested. A gift voucher for the purchase price of the products will be issued once products have been deemed to be defective.

Please return defective products to the address listed above for Refunds and Exchanges. This service is only available through our warranty department. Defective products cannot be returned for testing or replacement to any retail locations.

Same Day Shipping

White Cloud has made a commitment for orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern, to be shipped the same day. Although rare, there may be some circumstances that prevent your order from being shipped the same day. These include, but are not limited to, orders placed during a sale, order verification issues, order changes, and system failures.

International Shipping

White Cloud ships internationally using UPS or DHL. Please note that duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping rates provided at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees. We advise that you check with your customs agency prior to placing an ordering.
Your country may also charge extra import tariffs aside from the initial tax, resulting in multiple charges. If you know your total purchase amount, you can contact your local customs agency and use that to estimate any taxes/duties.
Packages which are returned due to non-payment of customs fees and tariffs, and/or non-delivery due to refusal by the buyer, will not receive a refund of the purchase amount or shipping charges paid.

Please be aware that some countries have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarettes. Although we try to keep an accurate list of these countries, we do not know of all of them, and we are not always aware of changes. Please check the law in your country before placing an order. We do not take responsibility for knowing the laws of your country. In addition, please be advised that if your order is seized by the customs agency in your county, we are not responsible. We cannot refund payment for seized orders.

White Cloud Rewards Customer Eligibility

By creating an account with White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes, age-qualified customers are automatically enrolled in the White Cloud Rewards Program and are eligible to earn and spend points, granted they have provided a valid email address. Customers who do not have or are unwilling to provide a valid email address will be exempt from the Rewards Program. White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes also reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the White Cloud Rewards Program, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Rewards Program. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Rewards Program in any way.


White Cloud Rewards Point Guidelines

Earning Points

  • Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points do not round up, so if a customer makes a purchase for $99.95, then a total of 99 points will be earned.
  • Reward Points earned on a Qualified Purchase that correspond to a cancellation, return for refund, or other credit, or associated with a returned failed payment due to insufficient funds, will be deducted from the customer’s account in an amount equal to the Reward Points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points (if any).
  • White Cloud may offer bonus Reward Points from time to time at its sole discretion, which shall be offered pursuant to the terms specified by the company at that time.
  • Points earned for product reviews are available and are limited to 3 reviews per day/week. Points earned for product reviews will be awarded upon review approval.
  • Points earned for social sharing of products are available for Facebook and Twitter. The limit for social sharing is 5 per day/week per social channel.
  • Reward Points accumulated on different accounts by the same user may not be transferred, combined or aggregated.

Redeeming Points

  • Reward Points earned by a customer may be redeemed towards future online purchases from the company’s website (www.whitecloudelectroniccigarettes.com) at “check out” and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.
  • Reward Points may be redeemed towards the purchase price of products only and cannot be used to redeem for cash value or for payment of any taxes and/or shipping/handling charges.
  • Customers can redeem points in increments of 100 to receive a $3 discount per every 100 points redeemed. The maximum amount of points that may be redeemed on a purchase is 1000 for a $30 discount. Please note: if a customer uses the “Maximize Discount” feature, points will be rounded up to the nearest increment of 25.
  • Customers are entitled to redeem points at any time, unless otherwise specified during special promotions. However, spending points and applying a discount code and/or gift card code on the same purchase will not be permitted and will result in lost points.
  • White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes reserves the right to modify the number of Reward Points earned for a qualifying purchase at any time at its sole discretion.

Points Expiry

  • All Reward Points in a customer’s account will expire if the customer does not make a points redemption within any one (1) calendar year period.
  • Reward Points expire ninety (90) days after issuance for inactive accounts. An account shall remain in the “active” status as long as the customer makes a purchase on the company’s website at least once in a 90 day period.

 

White Cloud Rewards Privacy/Data Collection

Information provided in connection with the White Cloud Rewards Program is governed by the company’s privacy policy. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and for restricting access to their computer or mobile device. Customers are solely responsible for all activities that occur when someone logs into the company website using the customer’s username and password. Without limiting any other remedies, the company may suspend or terminate the Rewards Program account if the company suspects that any customer or other person has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Rewards Program.

 

White Cloud Rewards General Conditions

This Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law. White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Rewards Program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the website, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

 

In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail or White Cloud account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Rewards Program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. White Cloud will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

White Cloud Order Subscriptions Services and Fees

When signed up for a White Cloud Order Subscription, your credit card on file will automatically be charged according to your selected items and shipment timeline. You will receive a reminder email of upcoming shipments 4 days prior to the scheduled shipping date. If you wish to cancel or make any changes to an order subscription, all changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date.

  • Customer Eligibility

    In order to be eligible for White Cloud’s Order Subscriptions Service, you must have a registered account with a U.S. shipping address and saved credit card on file. This service is available for all U.S. based shipping addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. International addresses and the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible at this time.

  • Available Products and Pricing

    The total price of your Order Subscription is only an estimate and will be subject to change based on the item prices listed on the website at the time of shipping, not at the time the subscription was created.

  • Payment Policy

    By setting up an Order Subscription, you are authorizing White Cloud to automatically charge your credit card on file at the time of shipment. White Cloud will not be responsible for any additional bank fees, including but not limited to fees incurred due to insufficient funds and/or duplicate orders due to errors on the website. If you do receive charges for a duplicate order, we will refund the charges but will not be held accountable for any additional bank or credit card fees charged to your account. If your payment cannot be processed due to but not limited to such reasons as an expired credit card, change of address, or insufficient funds, you will receive an email notification and your subscription will be placed on hold until your payment method is updated. In order to avoid Order Subscription interruptions due to failed payments, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the credit card on file is up-to-date, including expiration date, billing address and sufficient funds.

  • Backorders

    Although we make every effort to keep all of our products in stock, popular items do occasionally go into backorder status. If one of your subscribed items happens to be out of stock at the time of shipment, you will receive an “Out of Stock” email notification. If the order subscription includes additional items that are in stock, then those items will be shipped as schedule. If the out of stock items become available by your next scheduled shipment date, then your order subscription will be shipped in full. If the out of stock items become available before your next scheduled shipment date and you need them right away, you can select “Buy These Items Now” from your order subscription by following the steps listed in our Order Subscriptions FAQ Page.
