Rest assured that if something goes wrong with your Cirrus electronic cigarette or charger, you're covered. This additional e-cigarette warranty may be purchased online or at the nearest location.


  • The extended warranty covers the purchaser for 2 years from original e-cigarette purchase date.
  • Includes no hassle warranty exchanges at any kiosk location, and a free e-cig battery exchange starting 12 months from the original purchase.
  • This warranty is valid for all non-disposable electonic cigarette batteries, USB chargers, AC adapters and DC adapters.
  • Not valid for SimpleSmoke catridges, the Maduro, Fling, or any disposable products.
  • Dripping nicotine liquid into SimpleSmoke cartridges will void this warranty. Products that are handled with willful neglect are not covered under this warranty

    If this is your 1st order, check your prices - it might be about the same cost to buy the 3x starter kit which comes with this warranty. Otherwise,
    without any purchase time limit you might not want to order this immediately (might have a better product later) but if you are on the same battery a
    year from now or you damage one, the battery exchange looks like a good deal. This would definitely be a good deal to replace the charger cord. This
    is not a good deal for the USB wall outlet and cigarette lighter adapters (can buy for a couple bucks on eBay).
