I just really want to say THANK YOU to all of our wonderful customers, those new to White Cloud, and those that have been with us since the beginning.  It has been an absolute pleasure to assist you all and I wish everyone a very tobacco free 2012!  I am very blessed to be part of a great family of people.

FAQ:  I have a bad cartridge, what do I do now   :(   ????

 

Answer 1: Don't throw them out!  If you have a cartridge that may not be functioning as it should please return it to our warranty department.  Cartridges are tested and if found defective are replaced!

Answer 2: If your cartridge produces a bit of liquid at the tip when you inhale please try these tips before sending them to warranty department because most of the time it will work for you and you can avoid sending them in:

1) Take very easy, short quick puffs 6-10 times in a row ("hot box") - repeat this several times  (Do not puff with the long drag)

2) Leave the caps off of this cartridge for two days

3) Try to use the cartridge again normally.

When using new cartridges be sure to pull on them very easy during the first few puffs so this will not happen!  They are filled to capacity which means they last longer!  When this happens it isn't a bad thing :)

Even though cartridges are not returnable or exchangeable, it doesn't include cartridges that may be defective!  Cartridges cannot be replaced at any physical location - they do not have the means to test them so be sure to mail them directly to us.

GOING ON VACATION????

It never hurts to be over prepared!  Bring all your batteries, all your chargers, all your adapters and most importantly as many cartridges as you can.  You can't get cartridges everywhere like you can tobacco cigarettes, so be prepared!  You will enjoy your vacation so much more knowing you have covered yourself!

 


If you are sending warranty returns, please be sure to use a padded envelope, or wrap your e-cigarette battery in a paper towel or bubble wrap before putting it in a regular envelope. Otherwise your e-cigarette will rip the envelope and get lost in the shuffle.  Also be sure to add enough postage or your package will be returned!    Thank you!


What the warranty is not...

The White Cloud Extended Warranty is not an insurance policy. Unfortunately, we cannot help you if you lose your electronic cigarette. If you attempt to refill your cartridges after they've been exhausted, they will leak and the fluid will foul and short circuit your battery (yes, we can tell) that's not covered either.
