White Cloud Cirrus Electronic Cigarette batteries and chargers are covered by a 6 month limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers the original purchaser 6 months from the original date of purchase. A copy of original receipt must be provided at time of warranty exchange.

• This warranty does not cover SimpleSmoke Cartridges.
• This warranty does not cover defects or damage to e-cigarettes caused by neglect, misuse, modification, alteration, or any use of the product other than that for which it is intended.

Do you live near one of our retail locations? The 2 Year extended warranty provides on the spot exchanges of defective batteries or chargers.

Are you worried about accidentally breaking your Cirrus battery? We've got you covered, with a 2-year extended warranty we'll fix or exchange your busted stuff!

So now you're wondering "how hard is it to actually make a warranty claim", right? It's a piece of cake! Just call, email, or stop by the retail location nearest you. What the warranty is not...
The White Cloud extended warranty is not an insurance policy. Unfortunately, we cannot help you if you lose your electronic cigarette.
If you attempt to refill your cartridges after they've been exhausted, they will leak and the fluid will foul and short circuit your battery (yes, we can tell) that's not covered either.

• The extended warranty covers the purchaser for 2 years from original electronic cigarette starter kit purchase date.
• The warranty includes no hassle warranty exchanges at any kiosk location, and a free e-cig battery exchange starting 12 months from the original purchase.
• Valid for all non-disposable batteries, USB chargers, AC adapters and DC adapters.

Not valid for SimpleSmoke cartridges or any disposable products. Dripping nicotine liquid into SimpleSmoke cartridges will void this warranty. Products that are handled with willful neglect are not covered under this warranty.

Please note that on rare occasions a cartridge may be defective. If you believe you have a defective cartridge, please return it to our warranty department for testing. Any cartridge that is found to be defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Please note that defective cartridges must be returned to our warranty department for inspection.

Replacements will not be given if you do not return malfunctioning cartridges.
Cartridges cannot be returned for testing or replacement at any retail locations, NO EXCEPTIONS.
