Orders will ship the same day if your order is placed before 3PM (EST) Monday through Friday.

Orders received after 3pm on Friday or on weekends will ship on Monday.

Orders will ship the next business day when placed on US Holidays.

Same day shipping may not be available during special offers, or US holidays.

Importation duties, taxes, and other charges

White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes ships internationally using UPS. Please note that duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping rates provided at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees.

We advise that you check with your customs agency prior to placing a order.

Your country may also charge extra import tariffs aside from the initial tax, resulting in multiple charges. These are not shipping charges. If you know your total purchase amount, you can contact your local customs agency and use that to estimate any possible taxes/duties.

Packages which are returned due to non-payment of customs fees and tariffs, and/or non-delivery due to refusal by the buyer, will not receive a refund of the purchase amount or shipping charges paid.

Be aware of possible import restrictions

Please be aware that some countries have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarettes.

Although we try to keep an accurate list of these countries, we do not know of all of them, and we are not always aware of changes.

Please check the law in your country before placing an order. We do not take responsibility for knowing the laws of your country.

In addition, please be advised that if your order is seized by the customs agency in your county, we are not responsible.

We cannot refund payment for seized orders.

If your billing address is a military address select United States as the country and AA, AE, or AP in the State drop down menu.

To get free shipping: please add a shipping address and choose the country as "Military Address" in the drop down menu (DO NOT CLICK "default" for the shipping address when checking out). Choose AA, AE, or AP in the drop down menu for the state.
